An Airtable + Make.com powered intake and logistics engine for a beef processor, handling carcass tracking, boxing, and shipping flows.
The Problem
The client had complex beef processing flows involving carcass intake, cutting, boxing, and shipping, but no centralized digital system that could reliably track each step, generate manifests, and support future analytics.
Our Solution
We designed a normalized Airtable schema covering animals, carcasses, boxes, lots, and shipments, and layered Make.com automation scenarios on top to drive the workflow. These scenarios handle triggers, status changes, and cross-table updates, ensuring every carcass and box remains traceable from intake to final shipment, with Bill of Lading data generated automatically.
