SaaS Product Development

SaaS Product Development

We don't build every feature you can imagine. We decide what your first version needs to prove.

An idea

Everything feels essential

Scope decisions

  • Accounts & payments
  • Core user flow
  • Admin & dashboards
  • Advanced automation — v2

A real product

Focused, working, live

This is for you if

01

You have a real idea, but haven't shipped anything yet.

02

You've sketched twenty features and can't tell which four actually matter.

03

You need something real in front of users or investors — not a slide deck.

What We Build

Two layers. Users only ever see the top one.

Visible product

what users touch

User accounts, roles & multi-tenant accessStripe payments & subscriptionsDashboards & business intelligenceOnboarding flows & feature tours

Foundation

what carries it

Admin panel for day-to-day managementREST APIs built for what's nextCloud deployment, production from day oneAutomated reporting & exports

The foundation is wider than the product for a reason — it has to carry more than what's visible.

How We Work

Decide, scope, build — then loop.

Step 01

Decide

What your first version needs to prove, and what can genuinely wait.

Step 02

Scope

The decisions become a focused build plan — priorities, order, milestones.

Step 03

Build

Short sprints. Working software to review at every step.

Step 04

Validate

Real user feedback, folded back into the product before launch.

Loops back into Build until the first version is ready.

How We Decide

Every idea reaches this fork.

Build everything imagined

Six months. A launch that proves nothing — too much shipped at once to know what worked.

Build what proves the concept

Weeks. A focused first version that answers the one question that actually matters.

Liftly took exactly this path.

The Proof

A founder had a bigger vision than the first release could carry.

Liftly's real ambition was a full marketplace with a sophisticated, variable pricing engine. Building that first would have delayed proving what the business actually needed: a reliable, bookable operational loop.

V1 — built & shipped

Customer booking, pickup/dropoff & job detail capture

Serviceability & distance-based eligibility logic

Booking deposit & payment handling

Internal admin & day-to-day booking operations controls

V2 — designed, not built: Distance bands, labor & urgency-based pricing · Specialty item & stairs pricing modifiers · Admin override & customer approval flows · Margin protection logic

"Working with this Fiverr team has been an absolute game-changer for our business. From the very beginning, they understood our vision and brought it to life with a beautifully designed, high-performing landing page that exceeded our expectations."

"Zumetrix Labs delivered exactly what we envisioned and more. The AI integration is seamless, the user experience is fantastic, and the code quality is exceptional. Looking forward to Phase 2 expansion!"

Kelly Andrews, Founder, Best Business Services

"Your Bubble knowledge and system thinking saved me from so many future problems. The marketplace now feels robust instead of hacked together."

Working Together

Once we've decided what to build, here's the cadence.

Kickoff

Scope and priorities confirmed before a sprint starts.

Sprints

Working builds to review on a fixed cadence — never a black box.

Review

You approve direction at each milestone, not just at the end.

After Launch — Ongoing

Support

Ongoing support available once the product is live — the same team, still reachable, still accountable.

FAQ

Before you start building.

Yes — that's the normal starting point. Before any build work begins, we work through what your first version actually needs to prove, what can wait, and what the real user flow looks like. You don't need a finished spec; you need to be ready to make scope decisions with us.

By what the product needs to prove first, not by what's easiest to imagine. Liftly is a real example: the founder's full vision included a sophisticated variable-pricing engine, but V1 shipped the operational core — booking, serviceability, payment, admin controls — because that had to work before pricing sophistication had anything real to price. The bigger vision gets designed, not skipped.

We build the real mechanics — Stripe integration, subscription management, multi-tenant access control with roles and permissions, the admin panel that runs the business behind the product. A SaaS product isn't done at the login screen.

You do. Once the project is paid for, you own the code, the IP, and the infrastructure it runs on. We can hand it to your own accounts (GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, etc.) with documentation, or stay on as a long-term technical partner if you want to keep building.

Either we hand everything over to your team, or we stay on as a monthly retainer for new features, fixes, and iteration — whichever fits how fast you expect to move. We'll tell you honestly which one makes sense before you have to guess.
